Hello there!

This is the first game project I've gotten completed enough to ship. I hope this is entertaining, and I would appreciate feedback on things that were interesting and enjoyable or not.

About

This is a simple 1 screen battler - fight the enemy ants to get stronger and gain score. Choose one of your moves to attack the enemy; if they survive, the enemy ant will counterattack. After defeating the enemy ant, you get upgrade points to improve your moves or gain back health. The next enemy that faces you will be a higher level and stronger!

Status Buffs

You have three different styles of attack damage you can deal:

• Cut 
• Pierce
• Smash

Using one of these styles will give the enemy a status that will buff or weaken other styles. When a style is buffed, its attack damage is doubled; but if a style is weakened, its damage is halved.

These icons are displayed by the enemy health bar to indicate which styles are affected by the enemy's current status.

Type Buffs

There are four types of ants you will fight:

• "Normal" Ant
• Fire Ant
• Driver Ant
• Honeypot Ant

They all have type weakness and resistance.

When enemies are attacked with a style they are weak to, the incoming damage is doubled. However, if attacked by a style the enemy resists, the incoming damage is halved.
